Finding II

Found near Uelzen during a walk with the dog. Looks like a menhir doesn't it? May be done by a farmer with a sense of humour.

Well, I don't think he will have much of a laugh, next time he does the harvest and finds his combine stuck on top of this ;-)

Hi Marco,

the countryside where I live is an end moraine landscape. The stones of varying sizes grow out of the soil, as the farm people say, since thousends of years. Farmers have devices for collecting stones from the fields every year. One can find piles of stones everywhere on the field edges.
