Walking through the spring flowers, looking for a good pinhole image, and I came across this beanbag. It was pretty soggy - must have been left behind a couple of days before. It's part of my kit now, but if you tell me where I found it, you can have it back.
Thanks Drew, I was there for the flowers - looking for a spot I could get the pink of seablush, the blue of camas and larkspur, and the yellow of monkey flowers all into one frame. I've got a few more to scan. Just got back a half dozen colour rolls from the lab.
Nicely done! AND ... a big congrats: your image is on the main gallery page of the Pinhole Day gallery for 2014! Check out www.pinholeday.org, then click the Gallery for 2014. Nicely done again! Oh, and the beanbag? Probably another photographer left it there.
I'm sure it was another photographer. This spot is one of only 2 places on the Island a rare wildflower grows, so it attracts botanists and photographers every May. I didn't find any of those blooms that day, though I have seen it in previous years. Finding a beanbag was unusual enough an experience for me.
