Fig at Cremorne Point

Any opinions appreciated. I found this one difficult to get a dramatic composition to match the scale of the tree while getting roots at an okay angle to model the light. I'm not sure if it works but it's a lovely tree.

maybe crop the upper half and forget the plants. I try using plants with my shots and it just never seems to work.

I might try a tighter, maybe horizontal, composition next time I go back there.

Its an awesome shot. I might have preferred the same angle of view but with a room between the far left and right of the plants and the edge of the image. But of course I might see that and think yours worked significantly better : )
