Fence in the cove

Still having fun with HIE. I made it with round 2, and now have even better idea about exposure. It does take a bit to figure this out! A conventional shot taken in Cades Cove of the Great Smoky Mt National Park.

Great shot - I love it! I just ran through my first roll of IR film. How did you get the sky so black?
 
Thanks, Peter. I have found that sky darkness is in relation to where the sun is. Imagine, the deeper, clearer blue it is, the darker it will be rendered in the case of IR with filtration or with red filters in general.
