Female racket tail

Female racket tail

One of the smallest hummingbirds, this species beats its wings about 100/sec. It is more complicated to freeze in flight, as it requires very short bursts of light. The biggest challenge is to find a spot that allows for a balanced mix of natural and artificial light.

Stunningly beautiful, as usual. So, I deduce that female racket tail hummingbird has no... racket tail
Is this the white-booted racket tail specie (Ocreatus underwoodii) ?
