Feet of the Bride

Feet of the Bride

I've heard of a photographer cutting off a subject's head but this is ridiculous

Seriously, a very nice shot. I like the variety of textures and surfaces.

Such a moving shot, very impressive! it seems to pull at every emotion all at once

Thanks for all the positive comments everyone. I did get kinda all tingly when I shot this but I wasn't sure if anyone besides myself would like it or not.

I'm rather looking forward to making a real print as the scan has some posterization issues in the shadows and I'm sure both the dress and the lake will carry a much more emotional/real tone.

Cheers,
Ian

LOL.....when I saw the thumb I thought.."well heck why would anybody want to shoot a cement pillar?"......and out of curiosity I opened the print.....and found this...beautiful print and very well thought out.....

simply put, this is one of the best shots I've ever seen on APUG.org. Please make it available for print exchange!
