Love the image! I have one question not related to the creation of your image. Is it legal to afix the official seal of the POTUS to anything you want in the US?
 
And in the background is one of two P-61s left in the entire world. That one was a wreck recovered from a South Pacific jungle.

What the others have said. You need the weather for a car like this and we have it in the U.K. for maybe 3 days a years
 
No idea about the seal. Might not raise any eyebrows on something as old as this, but I expect sticking it on the side of a shiny new black Escalade with tinted windows might be problematic.

Where I am near Atlanta, convertibles are usable nearly year-round if you don't mind bundling up with the heater going.
