Great image, R.
I really like the 'look' -tonality, grain, light, contrast-of your work. It imparts a classical -1920-30's-feel to your images even even when your subject matter is 'modern.
I imagine that this influences what you choose to shoot..?
Thank you all for interesting and really inspirative words. It is very pleasing moment to read such a comments.
Vic - you are completely right. I am of this blood group, can't resist, hopefully found some style, even if somehow retro-visual. I am pleased that this photograph works, here couple people wrote about their feelings, they react, so it works.
Earnie - thanks. It is nice parallel about which I didn't think when shooting that. They looked on me and I made very quickly three shots. Your words showed me second layer in image, which is behind first look. It attracted me by some equilibrium in tones and ligts and expressions of faces, also I liked grungy grainy feeling (mostly because of very fast work with old lens). Thank You.
Svend - You found it precisely. The dad's and son's faces contrast in shadow/light and age, but very simillar, was what I found interesting.
