Progess? Not sure where its being made. All I see is millions being spent on "Fema Trailer parks" and "debris removal" or trash pick up as I like to call it. The Feds and state can't decide on how much and who to give the aid too. By aid I mean money. So they hold it for us while we apply for this and that and fill out more papers. Thats pretty big of them to hold all that money for us.
