I'd like to see it without the graphic for comparison, but I think it's a great portrait as it is. What catches my eye is her eyes, with an occasional flicker to the graphic.
I can't help but agree with some of the words above. Her pose, the relaxed feeling, the stunning skin tones, the beautiful eyes - it all makes for a great portrait.
But, I think the out of focus hand, the white 'stuff' to the left in the frame, and the shirt print are all distracting.
OK, it's nitpicking, but I can't help but think that you should re-shoot this with a more careful arrangement, and you don't just have a great portrait, you would have a truly remarkably fine portrait, something much more complete.
I do appreciate it for its casual quality, though, but the potential... Oh boy!
