Some of the OOF areas here seem to indicate camera shake, but because of the sharp zones it is obviously the swirly character of the vintage lens. So since it is in the critique gallery I would say stopping down the aperture would be an option here (but would of course also require a tripod, if this was taken handheld). With a clear separation of a subject in the foreground and a swirly background, however, this character of the lens could add a nice effect - which can indeed be observed for the motorbike image.
