This is a reprise of the colour image I posted a few weeks back, taken from Boverton in the Jotunheimen mountains in Norway. I waited until after sunset for this image to catpure the positive and negative spaces created by the reflected moonlight. The cloud shape also repeats the shape of the mid-ground river which was reflecting the light to create an interesting effect. I was trying to capture something along the lines of Josef Hoflehner's Iceland images.
i think i have come back to this image 6 or 7 times ...
the dotted line of the railing works so well with the flow of
the water ... and then the little peeks of white in the middle and across the image ...
what a treat to look at ..
