Ethereal ledge

Same location, same evening, higher tripod position, longer lens and longer exposure - 2 mins.

Did one after this at 4 mins, but cloud structure wasn't so pleasing.

Wow!

I like the tones and the ledge that goes on and on, almost to infinity...

Gorgeous. Meditative. Subtle. Colorful. Balanced. Masterpiece.

Wow.

My turn - Wow!

Thank you all so much. I was thrilled when this came out of the Jobo. As always when using long exposures, there is uncertainty about what has actually recorded. Here, I am thankful for being lucky and glad that I had the courage to swap lenses and try something different.

Much appreciated - it means so much to get positive feedback from the accomplished photographers who constitute the APUG membership (and I suppose that ought to be 'subscribership' here in the gallery).
