Epson V600 Scan

This is my first scan with my Epson V600. Still playing around with settings, as my first couple of scans were pixelated and noisy. This one was scanned in the Professional Mode, B&W negative, 48-bit color, 3200 dpi, original target size, with medium unsharp mask. Digital Ice was not used. Any suggestions for improved scans would be appreciated. Post-processed in PS for contrast.

Your scan looks fine, but do you have plans to print this in the darkroom? If not, and you are looking for advice on scanning for ink jet printing, then you should ask over on our sister site, DPUG. There's a link at the top of the page.

Thanks Suzanne, but no, I don't print digital from film. Using the scanner for web use mainly. I'll have to check out the DPUg site though, take care.
