I love how his face it lit up and mirror like cartoon on the box in the foreground.

Little though maybe you can burn in the lamp and background a bit more. Great image. Love it
 
Thanks Apfel. It was the very last of the evening light and there wasn't much of it so I pleased how it came out. He was actaully a really friendly chap and was more tha happy with getting his pic taken, even though he doesnt look it.
 
It's wonderful with all the goings on behind him. This is a break for him, and the seriousness of his face works well...You always create that visual connection in these portraits. It's hard to explain, but it is as if he is connecting with me...and that is true of all the recent portraits you have done. K
