Constantine, who converted himself and Rome, to Christianity, after wining a battle, which he felt was the result of a promise to GOD to convert if victorious.

He also changed Roman art from actual portraits based on the factual, representative sculpture, true to life, to the overblown propaganda and mythical representations of The State.

This presentation of the man, was promoted through the Empire.
