I like this a lot. It's not something I would have thought of photographing, but seeing this makes me wish I would have captured such things when my own children were younger.
Thanks Nancy. I agree that the detail of life which seems so irrelevant at the time is the thing which seems most evocative later. I have a stack of things bearing the "scars" of my childrens' attention which I intend to use in still lifes. The challenge is to do it without descending into schmaltz.
