She's attractive, too much space behind her, needs some contextural reason to push her up against a wall, perhaps one of a series...showing a storyline, this photograph doesn't stand alone.
 
The space behind makes it look like she is leaving, looking back over her shoulder. Nice effect, but, what did you do to offend her? I do like this - I wouldn't have thought to do it this way.
 
For me, it is more interesting in a 5X7 vertical orientation with less space behind her. Although I want my images to be evocative, I don't place a have value on disturbing. IMHO, evocative allows the viewer more freedom to experience the image, disturbing directs the experience. Bill Barber

I do not agree with you: if I reframe it in 5*7 vertical, it becomes a banal portrait. ANd that's not what I want . The big empty space is to disturb.
 
OK. I wasn't looking for agreement, but rather to comment on the image you placed here for comment. Sometimes others offer their opinions about my work and those comments disturb my way thinking . . . which can expand my view. Sometimes, but not always, I am able to hear them.
