Not totally sure about the closed eyes, but the shallow focus and light are just perfect...great looking model too!

Haha. Yes Ellie blinked when I passed the shutter. It may indeed have been better with her eyes open.

I agree... Amazing shot, but I think the eyes opened, would have nailed it. Everything about this is spot on otherwise. The tonality is superb.
