I have not seen a lot of photos of children on the site, but I am so proud of my son that I have to post this one. This is Eligh at around his fourth month.
If you haven't seen a lot of photos of children, you must have missed just about all of Cheryl's photos. Have a look in her personal gallery!
This image is very 'soft', which I think goes well with the subject.
What I would try to do if ever you print it, is get rid of the black shadow line that is now sort of sticking out of your son's head.

I am a member of the CBPPU Christian Brothers Past Pupils Photographic Society in
BELFAST. I like the picture of your child very much. I have 10 grandchildren and I
take their photos all the time. It is not easy to take good pictures of children at
up to 1-2months old as their chins always seem to be buried in their chests, however
you have done very well and got a really good shot that you and your family should
be very proud of for years to come. Always remember that these are the pictures that
pass the test of time as they are personal and more meaningful. I find that shots
taken with the child,s head hanging over a parents shoulder works well. All the best
