The stage backdrop for the first Jimmy Buffett show that I saw nearly 20 years ago was El Morro, complete with a working beacon. So when I was able to travel to Havana myself it was one of the places I had to photograph.

jpreston: there are several fortresses called El Morro, including one in Puerto Rico. I guess because "morro" means "promontory" and that is a good place to put a fortress.
