Nice shot. You can just see the lights at the top and the lights in the lower legs are beginning to show. Everything in this shot is subtle. Whats the inverted white triangle between stages 1 and 2?
 
It's a set of lights they've installed as a design element -- I'm not aware that's it's there in regard to any particular event. The picture was taken when the flashing lights on the tower were illuminated, which happens on the hour for ten minutes once it's dark. You can tell how foggy it is by how little of the searchlight on top gets through. It's quite powerful, but here reduced to just a hint.
