Out with my British 'Ensign Selfix 12/20' loaded with old Kodak Vericolor III rated 25 ASA -- I got 1/50th @ f5.6 and f4.5 due to poor light , but got rid of yet another old 120 C41 film !
Vericolor shifted badly after a very short time. It was a big problem for portrait pros who couldn't reliably order reprints from pro labs they'd relied on for years. That's why Kodak quickly replaced it with Vericolor II. Ektacolor was less sharp and less subtle but old Ektacolor (CPS) remains capable of good priints, unlike original Vericolor.
YES -- I always give Ed the Postman a print - I will do one NOW as he is due to deliver Mail to my Road here in Brentwood. I will do a 'Digital Print ' not a darkroom Print as my RA4 line is shut down at the moment.
