Police officer was standing at the entrance to the field level seats, gazing out over the crowd... and sneaking an occasional peak at the game...

Joey, I don't think you are crossing the line cropping in PS. After all I have seen just recently a posting changed from color to black and white in PS. No one seemed to mind. Although myself I thought that WAY over the line!
