Driftwood at the river

One of the pictures I printed during my very first ever session of printing in the darkroom!!! I tried to scan this negative when I first took the picture but it wouldn't scan. It worked fine for printing though! I printed 15 or so 8x10 photos. It was so much fun I didn't want to quit! I welcome any and all suggestions to help me with my printing on any of the photos I'm posting.

Darken the lower left corner some, might try to add a bet more contrast. Its hard to say my screen is not the best. Try those and see what happens. As far as composition goes its OK, more tonal separation between the foreground and background I guess .
