Don't risk skidding in the dappled light.

I was GIVEN a 2x10 litre set of that Fuji 'Environeg' C41 developer with 'Air Control' but NO Chemicals for the 'Air Control' so i had to make it up without -- it seemed to work BUT I think the amount of the Fuji CN-16L N1-S Starter may be too much. I also have some Fuji Hunt 'Negacolor' Universal Dev Starter with different amounts for Mini-Labs Do you think THIS would work with 'Environeg' ?

@pentaxpete I have been using standard Kodak Flexicolor starter which works fine, so I suspect your 'universal starter' should be okay. As an example, I make up working solution from 850ml dev. rep + 15ml starter + water to 1000ml.
