Doel goes down. All people must move for a new harbour of The Antwerp, Belgium. Big drama of course for the people there. Doel is ghost town now with a few people left.

The image is lifted from the everyday by the presence of the presence/reflection of the person/statuette in the left hand window. Very effective image element, and definitely provokes some thought/speculation.
