Another great one. It looks as if it is the sky that's hand coloured and may be a subtle touch of green in the trees. The rest has a nice sepia old fashioned look that perfect for the scene. Am I right and if so how do you keep the sky colour out of those objects that intrude into the sky? Thanks
The only color is in the sky. I haven't added any green, but I'm thinking about doing so. If I do, I'll repost it. When the paint is first applied, it does cover some of the objects that intrude into the sky. Once the paint dries, I use erasers to remove it from the lamppost and the rooftops.
Thanks Eddie. Nice to know that erasers remove colour this well. It might be my scanner or it might be that the blue of the sky creates a subtle and very natural greeness in the tree in the viewer's mind i.e. the mind adds the greenesspentaxuser
