Devil's Tower 1

I had an opportunity to visit Devil's Tower today. I arrived in Hulett and had foggy and hazy sunshine.... Not the best for wet plates, but I made a few anyway.... Then my darkslide warped as it got wet with the chemistry, then the ones I made after that got scratched by the darkslide.

A very brooding, atmospheric image; I really like it!.

Would this be the darkside of your darkslide? Wonderful collodion print. As the others have already stated, dark, brooding and mysterious but it suits the subject very well.

Agree with mike c., a haunting beautiful print. And, my own observation, absolutely eerie atmospherics.
