Just got a copy of Nancy Newhall and Anselm Adams booklet "Death Valley" - your picture would have been a real contribution to that book! Very nice light in this picture.

Scott I approached Death Valley from the east side coming from Nevada. I think this was closer to Stove Pipe. I hiked 3 or 4 miles to this position.
