From a series called Dead of Night. It is a series that I have been working on
over the past year and a half. The title for this series comes from the term Dead of Night when it was first used in 1548 to describe " the darkest time of night". I focus on the old and abandoned of the night,
the way the light plays with the object and shapes it.
These really are great - they capture the stillness of urban late night places. I also agree with the comment on nailing the exposure, but I also find that Acros is one of the most forgiving films for getting something good out of long exposure shots. I have just recently been using Xtol 1+1 for Acros, and I am very pleased. You surely are getting some stunning results with this combination.
