Deacon

This is the photograph I didn't get of Deacon before he passed away last week. It's a lesson about procrastination I hope I will only have to learn once.

I think this is probably a fitting end to the "regulars" project.

Sorry to hear of Deacon's passing, but would agree this is a dramatic image for a close....and a good reminder to us all that there will not be "another time". Would be interesting to see these all in one gallery.

Thanks for the link...yeah, life lesson are pretty tough - but meaningful when we learn from them.

Bet Deacon is getting a good laugh right now...let's hope so.

Hope everyone will take a good long look at he work, it is Really nice and a great project idea. Could not pick a favorite out of the group...each one speaks to you as they should.

Thanks for sharing the work.

Cheryl, I have thoroughly enjoyed the whole series of images you made of the regulars. Honest good work.
About Deacon - it's hard to cover all of the ground we wish to cover. I really like this photograph you didn't make of Deacon. As a series, perhaps with footnotes, this is just as much about him and the regulars as a portrait of the man himself would be, because it shows you really care. And I appreciate that very much.
Here's to amazing photography!
