They always looked rather.. alien to me. Almost like the flower itself is a sentient being but from another world. Not wicked per se, but.. spooky.

Oh yes, passion flowers are one of my favourites, I posted an image of one here at APUG not long ago. Actually, come to think of it, that image was also done with the rb fisheye. The other flower in this lot that I enjoy very much is the moonflower, which I also grow every year.

The passionflowers I've grown here, stateside, aren't the ones with edible fruit, but where I used to live they made a very delicious drink from the fruits, IIRC. Most of the varieties here are, I think, sleep inducing.
