Near the eastern-most point in North America, conveniently located near some of the best pubs and live music you'll find anywhere.
Not sure if I overdid the gradated ND filter on the skies, but heh....

Depends on the look you want. If it was one of a series on this area and you were trying to promote its foreboding/mysterious nature then it would work well. Actually as a one-off picture it works for me anyway
 
I will say the pictures, once uploaded here, seem much darker than they were on my screen beforehand...FWIW.
 
I think you may have gone a little overboard with the ND Grad filter. Looks like the skies were sufficiently dark without the filter, and they lack punch and texture. Nothing you couldn't fix at the printing stage, though.
