Taken inside one of my favourite bamboo forests in Setaka, Japan. Winter was my favourite time in here, as the sun was quite low on the horizon, late afternoon. Shot this on HP5 4x5, with my old Linhof Tech IV (sadly was stolen). Developed in Xtol 1+1, BTZS tubes.

'Definitely not the work of beavers. I like seeing some of the bamboo visible under the water. 'Something about giving the image depth. 'No surprise you loved that forest.
