Playing around with the 37mm fisheye for my RZ67. It's a big honking lens. I've been trying to take a few shots with it that don't SCREAM fisheye. This probably does anyway.
I''m not sure about these silhouettes. Is that what you wanted? Lens, well an OM 24mm will do the same and is tiny. Bigger is always better for our US cousins......not
Yes, I wanted the long shadows cast by the backlight from the sun. I liked the rhythm of the fence rails and the bike dock - it made the sidewalk look like piano keys. As to the Olympus remark, no, an Olympus 24mm will not do the same as this - it's not a fisheye. I'm not concerned about camera size, and to be honest, I don't see that as relevant to any question I might have about the image. At least your comparison to an Olympus 24mm validates my sense that this doesn't feel like an obvious fisheye image.
There are some clues to the extreme wide/fisheye in the upper right corner, but not to the point it dominates the image. It's like doing panoramics with swing lens cameras - one has to work with something once cannot really see.
I see the 'keys' as well. What I am not sure about is the bicycle wheel smack in the middle.
