No its 200e w/ a magenta filter and then due to the lights is a beast to get an image from. 64t is good at night and little else. If you want the look with less pain use epn or epp unfiltered or e200 with a megenta filter of about 30cc (one stop). If you wnat more cow bell and are willing to deal with a neg that has a strong colour cast use any of kodak's e100 films but adda magenta filter of about 60cc (two stop). With all of these you need to be preparred to have blown highlights so choose your scenes well.
