While I truly appreciate this image, I'd also love to have seen a version with a wee bit of front lens tilt, to bring it all in to razor sharp focus.
 
spectacular photograph! this an interesting take on the traditional 'portrait of a mountain and water' that you see so many landscape photographers do. It reminds me of a bret weston or someone like that, who often relied on high contrast to 'make' their photographs (so to speak). The frame is empty enough to allow the viewer to wander as they please, but not so empty and predictable as to make the photo boring. This might be really interesting in color, especially if the colors are really muted and soft.
