Contrast is too high. The lower part of the picture reveals no details. Select a slightly lower -1 to -1.5 contrast. If the negative isn't underexposed, some dodging on that part is required too.

First of all sorry for my late response, I have been too busy lately (even for making more photo's). Secondly, thanks for the remarks, I will try to print a few with lower contrast.
