Beautiful shot, Beautiful lady, Great physique! (Nice car) But wouldn't the BACK SEAT have been more comfortable?

have you submitted to the MSA yet this month I think you'll like the theme.I am surprised by how little grain there is, I'll have to try Rodinal at 1:25 to see how I like it

Nicely done, and I think it's a little unsettling, which I guess it's supposed to be, because the girl doesn't look like she's having a particularly good time.

Would you, getting caught like that? Great and fun shoot.Best regards Edit. The story I get in my head is: Viri is out for a walk taking is Mamiya and a flash. He hear these noises from a parked car and investigates. He sees what is happening, turns on the flash, focusses, Tap tap and then flash

This reminds me of back to the future haha right before the johnny b good song... but with more attractive models of course, but it does look forced, like she isn't happy and he's in a "taking" position. I'd be interested to see some of the others from this shoot.

Thanks for the kind comments, everyone.I'm not familiar with MSA yet. I only just paid for my subscription last night, minutes before uploading this, so I haven't seen some of the subscriber-centric parts of the site until now.The two models were a real couple, and other images in the series had them looking *ahem* much more comfortable together. But I was very much going for the look of the couple getting caught in Daddy's car. The car was a 1957 Buick built and driven daily by Scott Zekanis of Rod-O-Rama in Raleigh, who was very kind to loan me the use of his car and his shop to explore this setup. Sharon Walker did Cori's makeup. This was done handheld, Weegee style with on-camera flash but using my Mamiya C330 as I wasn't yet shooting a Graflex when I took this.Like I said, the some of the others were a bit spicier, but this is the one I was going for. The awkwardness is all part of the story.

There we go, jumping to conclusions. Maybe there is an innocent explanation. Perhaps they've just returned from the beach and the car blew a fuse. Obviously the lady is trying to diagnose the problem. Yes that's it. Seriously. This a great piece of work. Well done.
