Replaced the "heavier than I realized MF could be" Bronica System with a lighter 4x5 body and a Rolleiflex T (I was given by a good friend!) for walk around, carry with just in case type of work. This is my first print. I'm just in LOVE with this little camera. Still feels a little strange not using a tripod but I think I'll get used to it. =)
Yes, Thomas, amazing friends indeed! It's a beautifully made camera and nice and light with a Zeiss Tessar 3.5 taking lens. Seems incredibly sharp at the apertures I'm using (f11 & f16).
john, I think this will be part of the series. I'm calling it "Little Things", a reference to both the size of the prints and the subject matter. In other words, not all of my 6x6 contacts will be part of the series, only the more "ordinary made extraordinary" type moments/photographs. "A dancer on a balance beam". I love that, very much the feeling I had but hadn't made the connection yet. Thank you.
