It depend, maher, on what YOU want to be the subject in the picture.
In this picture, the tram really is the subject and the building in the background is almost distracting. I like your version A better.
Was this picture made through the windscreen of a car? I see a weird kind of fogging in the lower third.

I pick A. Something about this one if bothersome to me.

The thing which strikes my eye immediately in both compositions is they are crooked - need to be rotated left. It bothers the heck out of me to the point that I find it difficult to assess the rest of the composition.
If the tram is the subject then you have got a huge, distracting building there - you need a much tighter crop.
If the building is the main subject then the tram is a distraction.
Whatever your intentions, I prefer the cropped version.

Providing you crop the people in the extreme left of the picture, this picture is much stronger and has far cleaner lines. The Taxi and Bus in the other picture, distract from both the tram and the building. Mick.

I like this one best, but agree that it's hard to assess because it needs to be rotated.
