I first shot this image with a Nikon D700 and Nikon PB-6 bellows and a reversed 55mm f/2.8 Micro Nikkor and then without moving the rig, quickly changed to the F4S and re-shot on film before this little critter warmed back up and started moving around again! I got him just in the nick of time. He flew off about 30 seconds after I got this one image.

Beautiful, and reminds me how complex are even these simple creatures.
 
I like these images as we do not see much macro work in the gallery.
