Taken on a cold May morning a few weeks ago. I was struck by the light onj the sleet showers in the distance. The light only lasted a couple of minutes, and this was the best of three shots.

With this dramatic sky, nicely captured, there is a certain point with the very dark castle, really hints at at a whole story.

No, it was taken from the rocks at the end of the beach track by Torosay Castle. (we rented the Gardeners Cottage there for a week). I've had little success taking pictures fron the ferry - I fing the vibration from the engines a bit much.
