Last Hurrah

This was the main music venue for years. Then the real estate boom hit, coupled with the Whitesnake (Great White?) fire, which resulted in all sorts of knee-jerk laws regarding live music, pyrotechics or no. The mandated sprinkler systems and plumbing basically put live music out of business. This space was marketed as commercial street front and condos up above. Both have been vacant for almost five years. As an aside, this was lithed on Ilford Gallerie G3. It does lith.
