I would not have to run away from home, just move the bed downstairs. The one I am in now is 6'x9', and has a D5 and a roller processor and sink, so your space has me thinking rollerblades to get around

Oh I now recall how sterile my darkroom looked just after I built it.

Do post a photo after you have been using it for a few years.

Thanks... and yes, Mike. If my last darkroom one is any sort of guide, it won't stay this neat for long!! Though I have more storage in this one, so hopefully, I can keep things reasonable well organized.
