David, 2nd row from the front on the left hand side of the stage. I must say I get a bit obsessive when it comes to gig photography. I positioned myself strategically behind a short English tourist who unfortunately talked and texted through the whole show and bumped her head against my large lens once or twice! I'm sure she thought I was equally annoying in my own way. Talking during any performance should be punishable by 24 hours in solitary confinement listening to Mariah Carey.

I agree - I hate people who talk during gigs, it can totally ruin the mood with a quiet band. I'm starting to get a bit more interested in gig photography myself - took a roll of Portra 800 to one of the free Spiegeltent gigs last night and I'm really looking forward to seeing how it turns out!
