I picked it up at my nearby photo store. It's a liquid developer, mixed 1:9 much like Ilford's. I don't know much about it, other what the owner told me about it (deep warm blacks on WT paper, sparkling highlights)...I like it although my regular developer is Ilford's Warmtone and I am not likely to change.

It's a lovely warmtone developer, best used with warmtone papers. I've used it quite a bit. Nice mystery to this picture... well done.
