Thanks. I don't recall the exact speed. I think this may be somewhere between 2 and 8 seconds.

I usually go somewhere between a 1/2 second and 2 seconds. I frequently bracket the speeds, though on this one the two negs look the same. For that reason I think it's longer.

Real nice - just about the right amount of movement in the water for me!
