Well, I enjoy this. It reminds me of almost infrared.

Very nice and inspiring. I still haven't managed to get a satisfying shot from my ZeroImage -it's a completely different animal .

Thanks John and Thomas. Thomas, which Zero do you have? You are correct that pinhole photography is different. I had to start by trying to eliminate a few of the variables the most important for me was the parallax distortion. So I tend to start with the camera leveled in every plane then work from there. Nailing down film exposures/development, especially with reciprocity issues, is paramount . Or .... just let'r rip and just have fun ....

I have the 6x6. In technical terms I have no problem with it, but I'm not comfortable with composition. I have to use it more so that I familiarise myself with its perspective. I just can't visualise my photos in advance.

Ah Ha ! That's part of the fun, drama and exasperation with pinhole photography. I think only a few people who have used this technique and done so for some time can accurately pre-visualize in this medium. I do believe as you mention, with practice you develop an intuitive sense what's going to happen when you let the light go through the tiny hole. Sooooo ... pull out that miniature camera obscura , expose some film and post some images and we'll all be the better for it !
